I joined WorldRemit to help launch a full rebrand, including creating a tone of voice to fit their vibrant and joyful customer experience.

 

Combining desk research and user interviews, I worked closely with the Design team to craft our new brand guidelines. I then ran workshops to champion our brand voice internally and led a complete overhaul of all our old content.

 

From there on out, I created assets across every touchpoint of the customer journey, making our brand shine through in every step. 


 

Biggest success 📈

WorldRemit was my first foray into UX, mapping customer journeys and fixing pain points. I learnt how to conduct customer research and create a tone of voice that really resonates.
